Louis narrows his eyes and says in a cold voice, “John, don’t annoy me.”<\/p>\n
“Well, it’s my honor to do that,” John seems to be ill with a wracking cough. It takes him a while before his breathing gradually evens out.<\/p>\n
He is told to have a rest.<\/p>\n
John continues, “I will revenge on your aunt for the car accident.”<\/p>\n

Absalom doesn’t resist until he reaches the door, “Darling, I’m sorry. I know I own you and your brother and mother a lot. I’ll try my best to make up for it.”<\/p>\n
Lily is indifferent, “You are not my father, and I don’t need you to make up for it! I told you not to harass my mother! Get out of our house!”<\/p>\n
Daisy reappears with a towel.<\/p>\n
“Forget it,” Daisy says, drying Lily’s hair with a towel, “Go take a shower. Don’t catch a cold.”<\/p>\n
“Mom, don’t you remember how he hurt us?” Lily throws the towel onto the ground. She never expects to see this man at home after such a long day.<\/p>\n

Daisy casts a glance at Absalom and sighs, “Let bygones be bygones.”<\/p>\n

Daisy remains silent.<\/p>\n
Absalom grabs Lily’s arm and apologizes, “Darling, it’s all my fault. No matter what you want, I will compensate you.”<\/p>\n
